This website is operated by NailMailxo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NailMailxo. NailMailxo offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By placing an order you agree to the following;
1. All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchange. It is your duty as the customer to ensure that the size you pick is correct. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please purchase a sizing kit for a precise fit. Cancellations and amendments are allowed during the first 24 hours of purchase.
2. If your item is lost during transit, a replacement set will be sent out. We do NOT offer refunds for lost items.
3. We are not responsible for any delays once shipped. This is out of our hands.
4. All NailMailxo products available on our site, that we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order.
5. Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance; estimated cost will be calculated at check out. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. NailMailxo does not collect duties and taxes.
6. If your package arrives and you believe the item is not as described, please contact us via email. If we find the products do not meet our standard of quality, a replacement order will be sent out. We do NOT offer refunds.
7. Our store prices are in GBP. To switch currencies please click the drop down menu. You will find the list of currencies in the bottom left hand corner of the home page. The price will default back to GBP at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to check out in the correct currency. Customers who check out in the incorrect currency and query this are not eligible for refunds after our 24 hour grace period.
